Eleven years after the terror attacks of Sept. 11, the anniversary is settling into a more muted and private affair for families of those who were killed that day and the long-delayed reconstruction at the footprint of the twin towers has yielded a quiet memorial and a new tower, One World Trade Center, taking its place as the tallest building in the Manhattan skyline — the construction of which you can see here in time lapse form, using footage taken between February 2010 and September 2012.
