Metro/Svjetlana Mlinarevic The Little Bacon Cheeseburger with Five Guys Fries.

Imagine biting into two big juicy all-beef patties topped with cheddar cheese and layer upon layer of bacon followed by 15 toppings, all between a toasted sesame seed bun.

If you can imagine that, then you’re eating at Five Guys.

This burger joint located on Regent Avenue has a clean, bright, red and white decor with friendly staff. As for the food, it is fresh, made-to-order and cooked in front of you.

If you’re a champ, order the regular Five Guys Bacon Cheeseburger ($8.59) and expect to get the burger described above.

If you can’t eat a burger so large, and wimp out like me, then go with the Little Bacon Cheeseburger ($6.59), which is a single patty.

The regular sized Five Guys Fries ($3.49) are a mountain of homemade potatoes fried in peanut oil.

The fries were good but I wish they were crispier. I think a double fry would have helped them tremendously.

Overall, Five Guys gets a high five.
