Well, beam us up.

Central Canada Comic Con announced Tuesday actors Sir Patrick Stewart and Brent Spiner will be coming to the show happening in November in Winnipeg.

Stewart, while considered one of the UK’s finest stage actors, is likely most familiar to Canadians as Jean-Luc Picard, captain of the starship Enterprise on Star Trek: The Next Generation. It’s a role he played through seven years of the hit TV series and in several movies. He’s also known for his role as Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men movies.

Spiner, a well-known character actor, also played Lt. Cmdr. Data on Star Trek: The Next Generation.

They’ll join the likes of Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian, Star Wars), Tia Carerre (Sydney Fox, Relic Hunter), Walter Koenig (Chekov, Star Trek) and others at comic con, which runs Nov. 2-4. Head to the comic con website for more information.
