The Cultch presents the world premiere of 1984, a story about the bleak society of Oceania, living under constant surveillance and the repercussions of forbidden love.

1984 is adapted for the stage by Andy Thompson and co-produced by The Virtual Stage and the professional theatre-training program Studio 58 at Langara College.
Starring in the production are Andrew Wheeler as O’Brien and Alex Ferguson as Winston Smith.
