A Milton couple is facing charges relating to bestiality involving a dog, as well as trafficking both marijuana and steroids.
Halton police executed a search warrant in the Nassagaweya area Thursday and found a 1,637-plant grow-op worth $210,000 in a building that also served as a kennel for several dogs.
Police told Torstar News Service they found a video on the premise which they claim includes bestiality involving a dog. They also found approximately $9,500 in harvested marijuana, anabolic steroids, and a 12-gauge shotgun.
Two young children live with the couple. Police notified both the Halton Children’s Aid Society and the Milton Humane Society of the incident, though neither the children nor dogs were taken into custody.
