Saskatoon Police Service has ticketed a woman following a vehicle collision with a business, Tuesday morning.
A release from the SPS say officers were called to the business—a medical clinic—in the 3300 block of 8th St. E just after 10 a.m.
A vehicle had driven through the front window of the business, but no one was injured. The building however had substantial damage to windows in the front of the building, but owners say they aren’t worried.
“It’s business as usual,” said building owner, John Grabowski. “It’s a very busy clinic, we’ve got the guys here fixing the window up and hopefully by the end of the day it looks like it did at the beginning of the day.”
Grabowski also noted the accident won’t affect the buildings structural integrity as the windows we’re “self supporting.”
“It’s a concrete building, it would take a train running through it to hurt it, we’re just glad nobody got hurt,” said Grabowski.
“Everything here can be fixed,” he said.
Police say driver error was responsible for the accident.
