Conservative Senator Vern White, 53, and his wife Sari are celebrating the arrival of daughter Ella, who was born at 12:07 p.m. Sunday.
“It’s a good Finnish name,” said the former Ottawa police chief. “Her mom’s from Finland so you have to pick a name that works here and works there.”
