Catch veteran entertainer Randy Newman at Centrepointe Theatre tonight.

The composer/singer/songwriter, who has won Oscar, Emmy and Grammy Awards,  draws on a long career, from his first commercial hit Mama Told Me Not To Come (recorded by Three Dog Night); to ’70s albums Sail Away, Twelve Songs and Good Old Boys; to radio hits Short People and I Love L.A.

He has also composed numerous film scores, including Ragtime, The Natural, Seabiscuit, Pleasantville and Meet The Fockers, plus the animated films Toy Story, Monsters Inc., A Bugs’ Life and Cars.
