Nine London Rippers are eligible to be selected for the 2012 State Farm All-Star Game in Normal, Illinois.

Among the players are the league’s leading hitter, Joash Brodin, Aaron Glaum and Justino Cuevas.

Rippers’ catcher, Jim Vahalik is also on the list of potential back-stops.

Five London pitchers made the ballot – the second most of any team in the East Division, behind Southern Illinois who has six hurlers listed.

Mississauga natives, David Francis and Jamie Richmond are present, along with Sheng-An Kuo, Yohan Gonzalez and Matt Schimpf

The 2012 State Farm Frontier League Home Run Derby will be held on July 10th at The Corn Crib, with the All-Star Game being played on July 11th.
