For Metro Halifax/Scott Blackburn Bruce Springsteen during an opening number Sunday night.

The Boss rocked Magnetic Hill on Sunday night.

Tens of thousands were on hand as Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band played the popular Moncton concert site on a warm, summer evening.

The show, which also featured opening acts Tom Cochrane, The Trews and Red Rider – was part of Springsteen’s Wrecking Ball Tour.

Springsteen took to the stage at 7:45 p.m. and played for over three hours.

Freelance photographer Scott Blackburn was on hand and shot these photos from the concert for Metro Halifax.
