MONCTON, N.B. – A man’s home was destroyed Thursday in a fire in a Moncton mobile home park.

The blaze broke out at around 11 p.m. in the mobile home at 35 Gerald Boulevard, located in the west end of the city.

The area is part of the White Frost Estates mobile home park.

Firefighters were on the scene for several hours and managed to stop the fire from spreading to other homes in the park.

The Red Cross is assisting the man with temporary lodging.

Investigators are looking into the cause of the blaze.
