After three terms as MLA for Calgary-Shaw, Cindy Ady announced yesterday that she would not be seeking re-election.

Ady, former minister of tourism, parks and recreation, wrote on her website Monday that she has chosen to “transition and explore new opportunities.”

Her decision means the PC party may have to hold a new nomination for the riding or a candidate could be appointed.
