Six individuals who were on Highway 2 outside of Slave Lake late in the afternoon May 14 are now being sought for questioning. They are not considered suspects.
Two of the men were driving ATVs ‘ one red, one yellow ‘ 15 kilometres east of Slave Lake about 4:30 p.m.
Another individual was seen near a Dodge Neon close to town and a fourth was near or operating a Ford pickup truck near the Flat Top Observation Tower.
Finally, two individuals who flagged down local fire department members to alert them to some burning brush east of the weigh scale on Highway 2 are also being sought.
