The Cathedral Church of the Redeemer turns into a performance space every Wednesday at noon.

The ProArts Society plans to ring in World Storytelling Day in style today at noon. As part of its ongoing noon performance series at the downtown Cathedral Church of the Redeemer, the society will host two storytellers presenting quite different tales.

Cathie Kernaghan will present The Swan Children, an Irish folk tale centred around transformation. Mary Hays, meanwhile, will present Oisin And The Land Of Youth, a story that deals with longing.

The performances will get underway shortly after noon and are free to attend. For more information about the performances, visit proartssociety.ca.
