Heather McCormick, the university's community engagement manager, has been fielding hundreds of responses from participants in Project Next.

Those involved with the University of Calgary will have one last chance today to weigh in on the future vision for the institution.

Project Next, started by university president Elizabeth Cannon, is a strategic planning process to take the U of C to its 50th anniversary in 2016 and beyond. Those organizing the initiative have been busy hosting public awareness events and workshops – the last of which runs today at the university’s downtown campus.

The workshop gets underway at 3:30 p.m. and a reception will follow afterwards. Those hoping to participate but unable to attend can also provide feedback on important planning questions online at ucalgary.ca/projectnext.
