As Lindsay Lohan gets ready to head back to court today over her felony
theft charge, she is reportedly considering suing Kamofie & Co, the
jewelry store from which she’s accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace,
according to E! Online.

Lohan claims the store sold surveillance
footage of her to “Entertainment Tonight” for $25,000. "We wish to
remind everyone that we turned the tape over to the Associated Press
and that Kamofie & Co. has had no contact or dealings with
‘Entertainment Tonight,’" store spokesman Christopher Spencer says in
response.
