Ashton Kutcher, who has been married to Demi Moore for five years, was allegedly spotted getting frisky with a mystery blonde at an Italian restaurant in Los Angeles, according to Star magazine.

“Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her,” a source tells the magazine.

“I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn’t Demi.”

Kutcher has been quick to address the rumours.

“I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character,” the actor posted on his Twitter account. “I hope my lawyer agrees.”
