Human psychics? So pedestrian. The hottest psychic in the world has eight tentacles and lives in a fish tank. Paul the German octopus has accurately predicted the outcome of all six of Germany’s World Cup games. But now that Spain has ousted the Germans, let’s hope they don’t decide to make a seafood schnitzel out of him.
O’Brien and the Emmys
The tall redhead may have seen been booted from The Tonight Show couch, but Conan O’Brien is getting the last laugh. His tenure on the show was short, and it ended in a shroud of controversy, but it was memorable enough to garner an Emmy nomination for best variety, music or comedy series. Neither Jay Leno, who nabbed the slot back, nor David Letterman were nominated.
