Heather Locklear was arrested in Los Angeles for allegedly committing a hit and run and then fleeing the scene, according to TMZ. Luckily, her vehicle hit a “no parking” sign and not a person. As the collision happened late at night and wasn’t reported until the next day, sources say it’s unlikely the Melrose Place star will be charged, as there is “nothing approaching proof beyond a reasonable doubt” that Locklear was driving the car.
