Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren appear to be stepping up their lives apart, people.com reports.
Monday in Orlando, Fla., the golf champ attended a Nickelback concert — where, according to TMZ, he partied backstage surrounded by a security team. Earlier that night, he and friends dined together in a restaurant, reports RadarOnline, an event described as his first public outing since the sex scandal that broke last November.
Meanwhile, Elin and the couple’s two children, Sam and Charlie, took off for Sweden, despite the volcanic ash spewing into the skies from Iceland which grounded the majority of Scandinavian and European flights.
“Elin and her children have arrived in a very north area, much north of Stockholm,” a source in the Swedish capital tells People. One possible destination for Nordegren: The estate in the Stockholm archipelago she bought last year for about $2.2 million US.
“Elin has a large plot of land on the island with four houses – all complete with kitchens,” a source in Sweden tells People. “There is one guesthouse and another house down by the sea that has a sauna. She also has a sandy beach all her own and a dock for boats.”
