Tiger Woods has left the rehab facility in Mississippi where he’s allegedly been staying to treat his sex addiction, according to Radar Online.

He headed home to Florida with wife Elin Nordegren to be briefly reunited with his two children, who he hasn’t seen in six weeks.

The couple reportedly now want to spend time alone working on salvaging their relationship.
