A half-hour documentary targeting infamous Ugandan war criminal Joseph Kony has swiftly spread through Twitter feeds and Facebook status updates.

Kony has become notorious for his sinister tactics, including the use of child soldiers and bodyguards, as the leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army.

Within 48 hours of its release, the video had racked up more than four million views on YouTube, but the documentary and the organization behind it is not without its detractors.
