Well, this is awesome: Former “American Idol” star Adam Lambert was arrested and briefly jailed in Finland after reportedly getting into a gay bar brawl with his boyfriend, Finnish “Big Brother” star Sauli Koskinen, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Lambert is in Helsinki to spend Christmas with Koskinen’s family, and the couple was out drinking with Finnish beauty queen and ex-Miss Helsinki Sofia Ruusila when an argument between the two men turned violent, causing them to be kicked out of the bar. Their fight continued in the street, where Lambert reportedly hit Ruusila by mistake, she told a Finnish entertainment channel.

Lambert and Koskinen were arrested and questioned for several hours before being released Thursday afternoon.

Beyonce says she and Jay-Z are looking forward to enjoying the holidays free from the glare of television. “I will be with family. We are both so busy throughout the year that Christmas is just a time to relax with family and count the many blessings in your life,” the pregnant pop star says, according to Contact Music. “Christmas Day is a no-TV zone. We just like to sit and talk together as a family.” She also admits that being expectant parents will likely have an effect on the gifts they buy: “We both keep seeing super cute stuff for the baby, so I am sure even our presents for each other will involve the baby.”
