NDP MP Pat Martin says he's not sorry about his profanity-laden outburst.

Winnipeg Centre NDP MP Pat Martin unleashed a string of cuss-laden tweets Wednesday night, dropping a few f-bombs, one of them a not-so-subtle suggestion to a fellow Twitter user.

Martin took to the social networking site to vent his anger over the closure of debate over the federal budget.

“This is a f___ing disgrace…closure again,” wrote Martin. “And on the Budget! There’s
not a democracy in the world that would tolerate this jackboot shit.”

About an hour later, Martin continued:

Twitter user @LettingSmokeOut took issue with Martin’s capitalization.

The Manitoba NDP swiftly responded with a terse “f__k you,” fearlessly hashtagged with his party’s initials.

LettingSmokeOut wouldn’t the only responder to incur the MP’s wrath, as @bradwchambers learned during this exchange.

So far, the feisty comments remain on Martin’s Twitter feed where they are naturally kicking up a frenzy, most of it largely sympathetic toward the MP — whether that’s out of ideological agreement or simple appreciation for the spectacle is another question.
